Derrick Rose makes the MVP award his

After watching his speech upon receiving the award and to still not like that guy, you really have no clue what you are looking at, and are not a true fan of basketball. Deep down inside, I am touched by the man, he just proved that you don’t have to be way over your head to win the award. He made tears relevant again and the last man to do it? Michael Jeffrey Jordan.

He is a gracious winner and even though he didn’t have the best of speeches, he thoughts are all with us as he thanked virtually everyone he knew, and when was the last MVP award winner do that? His meteoric rise from Rookie of the Year on his first year, to an All- Star his second, to the youngest ever MVP in his third is just nothing short of unbelievable, even though stats wise, he could be one of the least derserving candidates ever, he has the poise and the humility an MVP should have.

Derrick Rose is like Tim Duncan, a quiet personality with a lion’s heart. He lets his play do the talking and he is undoubtedly the future of the NBA, and at only 22, his career path is going on an upward trend that is rising faster than Chicago’s own Airness.

Derrick Rose is a deserving Most Valuable Player award winner just because of his humility, and he deserves everybody’s respect whether you like him or not. It is a good day for basketball and Osama bin Laden is dead. It is a good day through out.

(Derrick Rose haters are going to grow like a plague from today onwards)
